I have hired their service for three parcels from Vienna (Austria) to Paris (France). Two of the packagings arrived on time (5 business days) while the last parcel has never arrived.

After more than 2 weeks of delay, I inquired what happened to my parcel and I was told that the supplier they contracted could not locate my parcel.

After giving them full description of my parcel, they informed me (after 3 days) that the parcel was considered lost and that they did not take any responsibility for its loss.

I had over €1300 of valuables and they simply say "I am sorry for the inconvenience"?

I will keep writing everyday to make sure nobody makes the same mistake I did of hiring Eurosender.
