What is it like to live in Valencia? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

I would totally recommend living in Valencia. The city is a mixture between new buildings and historical ones. Furthermore, in Valencia the life standard is quite affordable and you have a wide range of things to do and to visit.

What is the student lifestyle like in Valencia?

Amazing! My experience has always been great! Social life and parties are the most exiting part. You can also join a large variety of activities.

How much does it cost to live in Valencia?

As I said before, Valencia is a quite affordable place to live.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Valencia? Is there any advice you can give?

It isn't difficult at all. You can find accomodation through websites, Facebook pages, forums, inmobiliaries...

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

In my opinion, the food is tasty and plenty of flavour. My favorite dishes are paella, fideua, jamón ibérico and croquetas.

What places would you recommend visiting in Valencia?

Well I'd recommend visiting la Ciudad de las Artes y Las Ciencias, Mercado Central, the ancient part, the beaches and the natural parks.

Is it good to eat out in Valencia? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Yeah, it's pretty good. There are lots of restaurants which are not expensive and offer a good quality. I like going to the beach for some paella, the to Aragon and also to Colon.

Is the nightlife good in Valencia? Where is good to go?

Absolutly yes! The clubs are super cool. Especially if you go to Marina Beach, Mya, Akuarella or a techno club called Oven you'll have a great time.

What advice would you give future students heading to Valencia?

Just enjoy the city and try the tapas, these are small pieces of food given with wine.
