it's a very comfortable city, full of bars and restaurants, it's next to the sea so there is a huge and beautiful beach, the weather is perfect, it barely rains and it is always sunny.

Valencia has a huge student community, the university area is full of student bars and pubs, the prices are also adapted to the student's budget.

you can contact the Erasmus offices in Valencia, there are plenty of them.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
you can find anything, from the typical Valencian paella, arroz al horno, sangría... to fast food restaurants, there are many bars with lunch menu for 10€.
What places would you recommend visiting in Valencia?
The old town "el carmen", the city centre, the beach, the city of arts and science...
Is it good to eat out in Valencia? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
since the weather is very nice you can perfectly eat out in the old "cauce del río turia" where there is no water but a nice and big park crossing the whole city.
Is the nightlife good in Valencia? Where is good to go?
it is! Valencia city and surrounding towns are famous for its parties and music festivals. There are many discos and pubs, you can party any day of the week.
What advice would you give future students heading to Valencia?
Start looking for a flat before you get to live in the city, you can find very good apartments near the university for a reasonable price. Have fun and enjoy Valencia!
