Really good. ValenBisi is a great form of transportation, Blasco Ibanez area is the best if you want to be with all the other students. You have enough time for parties throughout the week, various activities depending on the time of the year...

How much does it cost to live in Valencia?

Approx. 500e. It all depends on what your priorities are.

Yes.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Valencia from your city?

Airplane.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Valencia?

Nightclubs like Mya, Le Premier, Rumbo, causal nights at Natura Dub and lot's of beautiful bars and caffes throughout the city.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Valencia?

It 's better you go first on Tripadvisor and check. Valencia has a lot to offer when it comes to food and drinks, so explore a bit. There are a lot of great places in the old city centre and in Ruzafa.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

As in any other city, Valencia has it's own monuments so make sure you explore as much as you can. I don't want to tell you what's "necessary" to see, it all depends on your personal taste and what you like to do in a new city.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Valencia in the future?

If you want to be close to students, get a place in Blasco Ibanez zone, it's just more convenient.

If you want a really nice apartment in a great neighbourhood, get a place in Ruzafa.

The city is actually quite small, so don't be scared you won't know where to go. It's normal if you are getting a bit lost in the first month, but once you settle in, you're going to feel like home.

Also, really important, if you're living in a shared apartment, make sure you will get along with your flatmates. Make it a priority to pick the flat by the people who will be living with you rather than being picky about the interior design and ect.
