Why did you choose to go to Valencia, Spain?

I chose Spain, because it was a place where I havent lived and been before. Valencia was a city where i was able to choose my physiotherapy studies.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

My scholarship was from September till January ( 1 semester).
From my university I received 450 euro/month. Actually depends on a person, but for me it was pretty enough to pay my rent, to eat and even to travel. So it's up to a person needs. :)

Would you recommend the city and the University of Valencia to other students?

I would really recommend Valencia for the others. I found there everything i needed, nice lifestyle, interesting studies (for sure i couldnt understand everything, because it was in spanish) and especially i liked my practise as a physiotherapist in the hospitals and private clinic.

What is the food like?

Food like - Spanish :D Probably the best word to describe is - tapas, tapas ;)

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Valencia?

I found my accommodation from a web sites, so it didnt cost me any money to find it.

How much does it cost to live in Valencia?

In the beginning i had a small room in Algiros district, I payed - 160 euro,
after I moved to Benimaclet ,there I have payed - 150 euro.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

When i was studying there, I didnt find any courses for free, so I didnt have any lessons, but somehow I was able to communicate. Spanish people use a lot of gesticulation (this makes easier to understand many things) :)

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Valencia from your city?

From my city the best way is:
Kaunas (Lithuania) - Barcelona (by airplane) and after Barcelona - Valencia (by train) :)

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Valencia?

I would recommend to try as many places as its possible to find the best for each taste :) I like El Carmen, La3 :)

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Valencia?

not really :)
