Yes, there are language courses but it's not easy to learn.

Cycle.
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Vaasa?
Olivers Inn or Fontana.
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Vaasa?
None that I know.
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
Nothing.
