What is it like to live in Timişoara? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
It's a really big city, there's always something to do. I'd definitely recommend it!
What is the student lifestyle like in Timişoara?
It's good. There are libraries and nice places to study. The professors are really patient, too.
How much does it cost to live in Timişoara?
Living there isn't very expensive. There are cheaper places, especially for students. With €500 a month, you can live very comfortably and you'll still have money leftover.
Was it difficult to find accommodation in Timişoara? Can you offer any advice?
No. The universities here offer Erasmus students accommodation for free, and even then, renting a two bedroom flat doesn't cost more than €300 a month.
What is the food like there? What are some of your favouite dishes?
You should try sarmale!
What places would you recommend visiting in Timişoara?
The museum, the opera, the city centre.
