What is the student lifestyle like in Timisoara?

It is realy good. There is a campus which all the dorms are in. And it is so close to the city center, and some of the faculties.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Timisoara to other students?

deffinetly yes:)

What is the food like?

we don't eat ready food.Usually we take some vegatables or meal and cook in the kitchen.

How did you find your accommodation?

It is good.The rooms are for two and comfortable.there is internet all the rooms.

What are the accommodation prices like? What are prices like for other things in general?

IT is genereally a cheep city.For accommodation we pay 155 lei nearly 40 euro for a mounth. and the clothes are cheep,the meals are cheep.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

I'm going to University of Politechnica din Timisoara.There is romanian language course avaible also in Vest university the language course is avaible. It is easy to learn.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Timisoara from your city?

I came with plane but the trian and bus are more cheeper.And buy train it is 4 hour from İStanbul to Timisoara.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Timisoara?

Dark, Arc, Heaven.And there is too many bars in the campus as in Smile, HAppy, Campus

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Timisoara?

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

the is piata victori(victory street) in the center and Piata Unirii and there is Castle of Dracula but it is not in Timisoara.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Timisoara in the future?

there is so many places that you can walk and get a freash air.Don't forget to bring good shoes;)
