The average student cost for the living is extremely low compared with other european countries.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Thessaloniki? Is there any advice you can give?

Because in Greece the flat-room rent isn't so famous as in other countries, it is a little bit time-consuming in order to find a good room in a reasonable price, but you have ''erasmusu'' for the first choice, which is very helpful for all this.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

There are manyfood-dishes so for meat-eaters as for vegeterians and veggies. Just a little walk in the centre, and you'll find, the dish which you want a lot.

What places would you recommend visiting in Thessaloniki?

It differs from person to person, cause we have different lifestyle, but i would strongly recommend you the live-hall Block 33 which brings many musician artists, the Warehouse next to the port, which hosts every semester the international Thessaloniki film festival of fiction and documentary.

Is it good to eat out in Thessaloniki? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

For sure ''The Falafel House'' and ''La Enye''.

Is the nightlife good in Thessaloniki? Where is good to go?

The Thessaloniki nightlife lasts till the morning hours of next day.
Valaoritou Street if you like clubbing and bars, Koukouvagia if you like staying for a wine or moonshine, Artcore for a drink before a party.

What advice would you give future students heading to Thessaloniki?

I actually don't know, but i'd give the advice, i give to all circumstances, be carefull(it includes your routine, your nighlife, your room, your bag etc).
