What is the student lifestyle like in Thessaloniki?

is hard to go to school in the morning with so many things happening in the night! ..so is not easy to be a good student!

Would you recommend the city and the University of Thessaloniki to other students?

the city is very good, the people is very nice.
i was in the politechnical school not in the university, so i cant tell...but i think is not easy to connect to greek students..because you dont go often to school.....

What is the food like?

veeeeeeeeeeeeeeery good food!

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Thessaloniki?

no, but you have to look out of the "erasmus world", if not this "erasmus people" ask for a looooooooot of money for a room!

How much does it cost to live in Thessaloniki?

..it realy depends on your lifestyle....the light bill is always expensive..and the "not essencial things" are expensive too..

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available in the University?

yes there are language courses available in the uni and in social centers, for free.
the language is very interesting but you have to try hard to learn and speak, you can learn greek yes!

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Thessaloniki from your city?

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Thessaloniki?

it reeeeeealy depen on you! there is a lot of variaty....

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Thessaloniki?

cantina of the uni is free!
tavernas have allways amazing food!

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

a lot...
