Around 200-250 euros/month cause people like to hang out all the time!

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Yes, many languages, and Greek language is easy if you follow the language course and study.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Thessaloniki from your city?

Bus.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Thessaloniki?

At Greek music clubs, called 'buzikia' (buzuki is musical instrument, similar to guitar)

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Thessaloniki?

Gyros places (like kebab, bu much much better!!!)
