very easy, plenty of classifieds, but beware of contacting agents, they charge terribly high

Food is amazing, Vegetarian and Non-Veg both are available in plenty.
My fav. are Chinese Hot-pot, Chinese BBQ, etc

What places would you recommend visiting in Shanghai?

Yuyuan Garden, Ocean Aquarium, Pearl Tower, West Nanjing Shopping Street

Is it good to eat out in Shanghai? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

It is pretty much safe. My fav spots
Near Lianhua Road - Fresh Meat Market with Plenty of Restaurants
Near Gubei Road on Shuicheng Road- Food Street opens after 10:30
Near People Square - Big Food Street
Xintiandi - International Cuisine & Bars

Is the nightlife good in Shanghai? Where is good to go?

Excellent,
Bars, Clubs and Disco's like M2, Manhattan, Rich Baby, Maya etc

What advice would you give future students heading to Shanghai?

Beware when buying things on the road, you will be charged double the price!
