Parque Ibirapuera

The most famous park in the city of São Paulo is a must see if you go there. As a tourist or as a resident, it's the best place to be in contact with nature in the biggest city of South America.

Go for a walk, ride a bike, play football, do sports, enjoy an art exposition, do a pic nic, Ibirapuera Park can offer you all of these experiences, and they're all great.

If you're not much into outside activities, inside the park you can find 2 big museums: Oca, with temporary exibitions, and MAM, with an permanent exibition. Also, every two years a big art exposure takes place in the Bienal, in Ibirapuera.

But if you love being outside, like me, enjoy your time there reading a book under the threes, admiring the water show in the big lake, playing with the thousand dogs that go there everyday, or watching people skateboarding.
