Seeing the Vatican and experiencing Italian culture
You know if there is a certain misconception which people hold about individuals outside their social background, it is the fact that people who don't speak the same language or come from the same cultural background cannot understand each other or cannot become friends.
Well I have a different notion about this. I realised that language cannot and should not be a reason why people should limit their "scope" of experience. My visit to Italy in 2008 was for me the best experience anyone could ask for. If you have lived in the US you would know one thing... they love... I mean absolutely love the French accent... especially girls, I don't know why but they do. And so its every Americans Dream; or at least the friends I have dream of one day going to France and knowing how to say "Bonjour, comment va tu? " Well my dream was Italy, and I have to tell you it is probably the most culturally diverse as far as food is concerned, country in the world... or at least that's how I see it.
Well I could write all day about my experience but I'll just leave it here for now.
