What is it like to live in Rome? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Rome is one of the most beautiful cities that I've ever visited, it has everything as a city, the history, art, delicous food, a lot of bars (trastevere is my fav neighberhood), you can't get bored in Rome

What is the student lifestyle like in Rome?

you can live an adventure everyday in Rome, best lifestyle, meeting people from all around the world, the Erasmus community is very large and diverse , parties every weekend, many places to discover and visit, it's truly a beautiful journey.

How much does it cost to live in Rome?

well, it depends on your needs and demands, personally my internship was way enough for me to live comfortably in Rome, it doesn't cost much, if you know good cheap market from where you can do your weekly shopping, partying is not expensive at all, transport as well?

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Rome? Is there any advice you can give?

No, it's not, there are many websites and facebook groups for that, you will eventually find a suitable room according to your budget, it goes from 300£ for double rooms till 450 for the single ones.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

The food is good, sometimes is just okay, you just have to search for good places, tripadvisor can help you with that.

What places would you recommend visiting in Rome?

Everything! especially the Trastervere

yes! the Trastervere is the place to go if you want to party, it's a big neighberhood where you can find a lot of good bars.

What advice would you give future students heading to Rome?

Read about Rome and it's history, because you will witness History there so better for you to have an idea about the monuments and the story behind it.
