What is the student lifestyle like in Rome?

Student life is really interesting in Rome cause there are people from around the world, studying for erasmus, bachelor and master degrees together with the thousands of Italians, creating a multicultural society.

It's a bit difficult for people coming from low-medium economic status. However, almost everyone is rending a room in an appartment, living with roommates. In this way, the rent and the expenses are shared.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Italy is like heaven considering food. Not only pizzas and pasta, but also interesting local foods and dishes must be tried.
I really like pasta Gricia, cornetto and panino with porchetta di Aricia.
