What is it like to live in Rome? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Rome is a big city, living here could be awesome but also difficult. It depends on the condition in which you live. In general, it gift you always picturesque landscape and quite well atmosphere.

What is the student lifestyle like in Rome?

Public service are not perfect. Always you have to wait a lot for a bus and the underground doesn't cover all the city. But there are always a way to arrive to a university or a school. University are organised quite well, but obviously there are differences between public and private universities.

How much does it cost to live in Rome?

Is not expensive, to make an example Rome is cheaper than London but is more expensive than Greece. It depends on the neighborhood, but you can pay around 300€ for a room near the university and you can spend 60/80€ per week at the supermarket.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Rome? Is there any advice you can give?

I live in Rome because I was born here, so I haven't so much information about this. In general I think it's easy to find an accommodation.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

We're in Italy so obviously the food it's amazing! I suggest you pizza pasta anche gelato!

What places would you recommend visiting in Rome?

Visit all the city! The city centre as much as the boroughs.

Is it good to eat out in Rome? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

It's good but be careful in the city centre, it's expensive!

Is the nightlife good in Rome? Where is good to go?

Everywhere there are a lot of places. Different kind of pub or disco

What advice would you give future students heading to Rome?

Come in Rome it will be the best experience of your life. I'm sorry only for public transport, you will get use to it!
