Rome and milan is best for living to experience street hustles.

Every type of food you can go through asian,European, English everything

Yes accomodation is somehow expensive for students because of limited budgets.

nearly 250 Euros per Person in small scale.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Yes, English is also usual in practice to communicate

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Rome from your city?

Trams, buses transport is very nicely designed.

Come here for study not for fun because due to seriousness you can lead otherwise you will ruined.
