Why did you choose to go to Rome, Italy?

I was looking for a change, and i had never lived in a big city like Rome. Also, i love the italian lifestyle.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I stayed in Rome for 4 months, from September to December.

What is the student lifestyle like in Rome?

Depends on what university you choose. I studied in LUISS and I didn't have to study a lot, so I traveled around Italy and spent most of the time enjoying the city, with friends, going out at night.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Rome to other students?

Of course!

What is the food like?

Everyone knows that italian food is great.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Rome?

Yes, in Rome finding accommodation its an adventure, most of them expensive and not very nice.

How much does it cost to live in Rome?

More than I would like. It's a touristic city so you have to be aware of where are you eating or going out.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

It's esasy if you already speaks french or spanish. In my university we had free courses.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Rome?

There are many many options, for example, Art Cafe, Ex Dogana, Akab, Quirinetta.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Rome?

Tonnarelli, Momart is great for aperitivo, Baffeto.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

You could spend all your Erasmus experience visiting cultural sites in Rome and you wouldn't be able to see them all.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Rome in the future?

Get lost in the city! You'll find something cool for sure.
