Why did you choose to go to Rome, Italy?

Hi everybody, I'm master student and so I needed a suitable university for my project. That's why I chose la Sapienza di Roma.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

5. 5 months. And I think Roma is an expensive city for accommodation or other. For example, a scholarship is not enough for Roma. You can use only this payment to pay the rent.

What is the student lifestyle like in Rome?

Everyday I go to the laboratory and department I work, so actually I don't know very well.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Rome to other students?

Yes, but you don't forget Rome is very expensive.

What is the food like?

Tiramisù! Pizzas in Roma are perfect.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Rome?

Yes, I rent a room 440 euro per month.

How much does it cost to live in Rome?

700 euro per month minimum.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

You need to speak Italian, because generally Italian people don't know English. Yes, I have a course but I think it is not effectively.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Rome from your city?

Aeroplane.

In the center generally all restaurant are good.
