What is the student lifestyle like in Rome?

For me, the student life style presented visiting museums, historical places, going to concerts with my classmates, going out to eat together, to share experiences. Italians in general are very open so there were no problems with communication.

Of course. I recommend it very often. I had a wonderful time and it was an unforgettable experience that every student should have.

What is the food like?

Thanks to Rome, I now can´t live without "pasta".

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Rome?

Thanks to some people and some friends of my friends, I found accommodation easily. Rome is full of flats and rooms for rent. There are many adverts on the Internet. I had no problems.

It´s expensive. People need at least 800-900 euros a month.

In every university there are language courses. I think that Italian is one of the easiest languages in the world. After a few weeks of watching Italian TV and talking to your teacher, the general communication is not a problem.

From my city, I´m flying with Ryanair. It´s cheap and fast.

Definitely in the city centre. It´s full of pubs and people. The main student life is there.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Rome?

For me there are several amazing restaurants. The Italian cuisine is too tasty to find one and to say it´s the best. The best pizza is in La Romanina.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Rome in the future?

My advice for students is: don´t be afraid to travel, to go places, to try new things, to enjoy everything you can now that you´re young. Italy is amazing and Rome is the most beautiful city in Europe. Go see it!
