Why did you choose to go to Rome, Italy?

Rome is the big city, there are so many things to discover!:) Not only the most popular places, but also there are so many secret places... I think that i will feel the Italian culture deeply like foods, people, architecture... This was the best choice for not bored at the best time in my life :)

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I am coming for full year means 10 months. The scholarship is given for 8 months but it depends on the home university. And at the beginnning, %70 of scholarship is given and it is not enough of course.

What is the student lifestyle like in Rome?

If you are student of Architecture Faculty. The life is going on very cool :) Almost every museums have free entrance for you! I always visit beautiful places every week :)

For all students, there are many different Erasmus activities every time! Just join and enjoy whenever you want.

I would like to remind that Rome is expensive city . But i always find the alternatives, it is not very diffucult.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Rome to other students?

OF COURSE!

What is the food like?

In a classical way pizza, pasta, gelato, desserts, coffee, wine... And aperatives in aperitivo time:)

No

How much does it cost to live in Rome?

about 700-750 euro for each month

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Yes! Italian is very enjoyful. My university offers Italian courses intensive or extensive.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Rome from your city?

by plane

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Rome?

Trastevere, Piramide, San Lorenzo

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Rome?

Every restaurants are good. I recommend discover your own :)

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

There are sooo many

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Rome in the future?

Learn Italian and be ready to use gestures :)
