The food is delicious, for foreigners it is recommended to avoid very seasoned foods or those with a lot of chilli. The Poblano Mole is one of the most famous dishes of the city, there are restaurants in the historic centre that prepare this dish without so much chilli, to serve it to foreigners. Other dishes: Cemitas Poblanos (sesame seed roll), Pipián Verde (pumpkin seed sauce), Mole de olla, Huasmole, Chanclas, Molotes, and in August the famous "Chiles en Nogada" (stuffed chilli peppers), Quesadilla y Gorditas.
