What is it like to live in Plzen? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

The city of Plzen is, from the point of view of the whole Europe, not a city but rather a town. Its culture is good and it is really easy to live there. Lots of young people here speak English as well.

What is the student lifestyle like in Plzen?

It is quite good. Party is huge and great there.

How much does it cost to live in Plzen?

Not that much, it's not so expensive.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Plzen? Is there any advice you can give?

There could be issues with non-English speaking landlords. But the good thing is in Plzeň dormitories have a big capacity.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

McDonalds, KFC and other fast food restaurants are present on every step - I have seen no Burger King though. Czech food is not very good. It has quite a lot of fat, which does not make it very digestive.

What places would you recommend visiting in Plzen?

The Museum, the new and old theatres, the galleries, the Jeckyll and Hyde Pub, and more.
