I visited a kind of cellar where the champagne fermentation takes place
In the programme of workshop we had an optional tour to I Ferencz Joszef it's a luxurious place there is a place for the ceremony .and in the cellar there is a huge space for the manufacture of champagne and fermentation,I was so faceted by this space , I had a new information,THAT champagne must ferment after 5 years or more
