How did it feel to live in the city of Paris? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
I currently live in Paris, I recommend it to everyone, especially the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysées and even Pigalle.
What is student life like in Paris?
There is something here for every preference; pop, funk, erasmus, afro-black parties.
What is the cost of living in Paris?
Quite expensive.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Paris? Do you have any advice to give?
You should budget around 800 euros for the capital and around 500 euros for the outskirts when looking for accommodation, most likely sharing with others.
What is the food like in the city? What are your favourite meals?
Our gastronomy is incomparable, in small and big restaurants alike, with some places being particularly adorable.
Which areas of Paris do you recommend seeing?
There are multiple choices: museums, Notre Dame, Montmartre...
And to eat in Paris? Could you tell us your favourite areas to get food?
Le Relais Gascon in Pigalle, a Portuguese restaurant at Anvers metro, another Portuguese restaurant Pedra Alta in Boulogne, Le Rois de la Fritte at Grands Boulevards metro and the best, an African restaurant, L'Equateur which is also in city.
Which places in Paris do you recommend to go out?
O'Sullivan (Irish pub); La tête dans les nuages (games room), Foire du Trône (between April and June), Disney and many others like Bastille.
What advice would you give to future Erasmus students in Paris?
