What is it like to live in Paris? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Paris is a city with lost of astonishing beautiful places. I recommend the city for intending students. There are lots of exchange students all around to mingle with. It has been a fascinating experience thus far.

What is the student lifestyle like in Paris?

Student lifestyle doesn't only revolve around the classrooms. The vibe to chill outside class to chill and have some fun is overwhelming.

How much does it cost to live in Paris?

It's quite expensive to live in this city, to be honest. Lifestyle and individual way of life differ. Around 750-1000 EUROS per month would surface.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Paris? Is there any advice you can give?

It wasn't easy getting accommodation. I suggest incoming students should make necessary arrangements prior to coming into the city.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

It wasn't easy getting used to French food at first, but gradually I was enjoying the taste of Baguettes, Croissants, French cheese and Oysters.

What places would you recommend visiting in Paris?

The Eiffel tower is the first on the list. Then I recommend visiting Montparnasse and Disneyland. So recreational and fascinating.

Is it good to eat out in Paris? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Since I arrive I have been eating out. It saves time and you get to experience the dietary of the new environment. It's good eating out.

Is the nightlife good in Paris? Where is good to go?

Experiencing the nightlife here is bountiful. The sightseeing of the Eiffel tower at night and the Montparnasse view at night. Even lots of clubs and night shows to visit.

What advice would you give future students heading to Paris?

Take your time and don't rush. Be prepared to have extra cash with you when coming. Make prior arrangement on accommodation. Learn how to read maps or google maps.
