What is it like to live in Paris? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

I love Paris and I still look at it with the eyes of a visitor. So beautiful, so unique. It is a must visit city.

What is the student lifestyle like in Paris?

I am not best placed to answer here but there are obviously a lot of students in Paris, a concentration of them in the 5th arrondissement.

How much does it cost to live in Paris?

there is a solution to every budget, but I would say you need a minimum of 1000 euros a month.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Paris? Is there any advice you can give?

there are lots of sites including craigslist, u just need to know if u are looking to rent a room, a studio, or want to live with other students.

Is it good to eat out in Paris? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

I am 63 so chances are we dont visit the same places. go to the 5th arrondissement, u can eat well and cheaply

Is the nightlife good in Paris? Where is good to go?

yes and I know this because I have a 23 year old son who is here during school vacations. the bastille area is hopping these days

What advice would you give future students heading to Paris?

stay open to new experiences. live paris to the fullest
