What is it like to live in Paris? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Paris is a wonderful city, I would really recommend it !
The city is very beautiful, there's lots of things to do, great offers for student (reduction for museum, cinema …)

What is the student lifestyle like in Paris?

For most student the day starts with at least 30 minutes of metro/RER, then class . As most university are inside the city students can eat outside (also a lot of options for lunch).
After schools students like to go to a "café" have a drink with their friends

How much does it cost to live in Paris?

Unfortunately it is an expensive city. For the rent for a small room (10m2) minimum 400 euros. Food is expensive too but still affordable

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Paris? Is there any advice you can give?

The option of "student apartment" is probably the easiest way.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Great food, but I'm french so I can't say that the food is bad

What places would you recommend visiting in Paris?

so: les quais de seine, Saint Michel Notre Dame, les Champs Elysées, Le Musée d'Orsay, Passy (great shopping), les invalides, le Château de Versailles, le Jardin des Tuileries etc…

Is the nightlife good in Paris? Where is good to go?

Yes depending if you like going to disco or just go to bars.
Le café Oz is a good mix of both
