How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
Mine was two month long. It is called the charpak scholarship. I received a stipend of 650 euros/month which was sufficient to live, breathe and an occasional drink.
What is the student lifestyle like in Paris?
Its very cool. I believe that Paris is the most 'student-friendly' city. You get discounts every where. A flat 50 refund for metro is given in most institutions. Museums are free for students of the European union. Quite a few pubs excuse the entry fee.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Paris to other students?
Yes, I would. But then some might experience a great language barrier.
What is the food like?
Tough luck for vegans.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Paris?
nope. 285 euros was a great deal.
How much does it cost to live in Paris?
say ~1000 euros/month
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
no.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Paris?
In general paris is not safe at night.
