Why did you choose to go to Paris, France?

Because I always wanted to live in Paris, this place is full of art and culture. I love visiting museum and exposition. It's a great chance to live in Paris for who adores cultural, artful stuffs.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

My government gives me 3000 Euro for 6 months. I spend like 200-250 euro per month.

What is the student lifestyle like in Paris?

I observed that it is not easy to communicate with french students. Because they do not communicate easily with a stranger. I'm trying to communicate and participate events in university. I think the lack of sympathy to others (strangers) is not easy to handle.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Paris to other students?

I recommend them to come here alone. For someone who wants to develop french, living alone is highly recommended. I also recommend them to join Erasmus groups.

What is the food like?

I adore culture of "boulangerie", so I'm in love with "croissant", "

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Paris?

No I found easily.

How much does it cost to live in Paris?

Per moth i can say 200-250 euro, (market shopping for one week costs max. 50 euro)

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

There are courses of italien, english, german. I don't have time to have these courses because of my planning.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Paris from your city?

Definitely, metro!

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Paris?

I'm not a night owl, so I don't know which places are good or bad, but i can recommend someone to hang out in Chatelet who wants to drink something with a large group.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Paris?

I love the restaurants in Opera, there are so many options. I prefer italien restaurants, but every restaurant in Opera has their unique taste.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

I love visiting Versaille again and again, also Saint Germain en Laye, and Musée d'Orsay is my favorite, large place, high walls.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Paris in the future?

Please come here alone and find places to get sociale, it'a always good idea to communicate someone who comes from different culture. It will widen your world and vision.
