Why did you choose to go to Paris, France?

I decided to go to Paris because I was learning french before and I wanted to improve my skills. Also I always wanted to visit that amazing city!

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I was living in Paris during four months.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Paris to other students?

Yes, of course! I liked the city very much!

What is the food like?

Well, it depends on your liking. French food is specific (it was for me) and it takes some time to get used to. But after some time you'll love it - I'm sure!
(be careful with quiche lorraine - not everyone likes it)

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Paris?

It was really hard to find an accommodation in Paris. I would recommend you to choose a studend dorm - I think it's a very good choise to live there.

How much does it cost to live in Paris?

If it comes to the living costs I think that I was spending around 300-350€ on food and living + 450€ for accommodation PER ONE MONTH. (about 800€)

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

I think there were some, but I'm not sure

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Paris from your city?

By airplane, I think.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Paris?

If you like clubbing I would recommend you to go to the rue Obercampf - there are very many nice clubs :)

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Centre Pompidou! And Palais de Louvre of course!

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Paris in the future?

I would advice you to learn french before - it's really helpfull!
