Why did you choose to go to Paris, France?

I choose to go to Paris to learn French, also I had been to Paris before and loved the city. I had the opportunity to do an internship at Hilton, which was great.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I have stayed in Paris for a year, I received a 2500e scholarshp from Erasmus, 400e from Hilton and 270e from the Dutch government. My parents have helped me out to pay rent.

What is the student lifestyle like in Paris?

Unfortunately for me I didn't have the "student experience". I worked a full-time job.

What is the food like?

The food is great! I feel like I had a way better diet/lifestyle in Paris, the options are numerous. There are lots of foodmarkets and farmers markets....

How much does it cost to live in Paris?

Paris is an expensive city, especially rent and groceries.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Paris from your city?

I've travelled from Amsterdam to Paris and the other way around by the TGV, there is also a bus that is cheaper.
