Why did you choose to go to Paris, France?

I loved french culture (especially writers) and i had never seen Paris. I wanted to learn french

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I arrived at the end of august and i'' going to leave the end of january-beginning of february.
I receive money from my university but also from the french country (with the assoxiation CAF). It depends on how you pay for rent, where do live and other things. For me it's like 100€/month

What is the student lifestyle like in Paris?

Very nice, especially if you're openminded you'll love this city.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Paris to other students?

I'' in UPMC. The university is very good for science subjects. A bit less for engineering but still good.

What is the food like?

It's nice

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Paris?

I found it online, but remind that Paris is expensive.

How much does it cost to live in Paris?

A lot, from the rent to the life. Everything costs more than all the other cities of France

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

There are free courses. It depends if you leave with french people, if your classes are in french and on your attitude.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Paris from your city?

The plane is very easy, sometimes it costs a lot, but if you buy the ticket some time before not so much.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Paris?

Rex, also some pubs near the university, near Châtelet, there are a lot of places. You'll discover theme here. It's very easy

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Paris?

They have a lot. That's not a problem

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

All the museum (Louvre, D'orsay, l'orangerie, etc..), churches and the architecture in general

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Paris in the future?

Enjoy the city because is one of the best in the world!
