Why did you choose to go to Paris, France?

It was always my dream to come in France. That's why I saw a chance and took it.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

The traineeship is 3 months.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Paris to other students?

Paris is a beautiful city with many peaople and lots of places to see and visit. If you study in Paris you will be able to see them all.

What is the food like?

I'm greek so a lot of the food that I'm used to eat is very expensive. The daily french meals are different but they are not bad. But there is always a place to eat a burger.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Paris?

The accommodation is very expensive, even with a roommate.

How much does it cost to live in Paris?

Around 900-1000 euros including rent, transportation and groceries. If you go out a lot then you need more.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

French people talk very fast so you won't really understand them, even if you know french like myself. But if you practise then it will be fine.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Paris from your city?

By plane.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Paris?

At Montmartre.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Paris in the future?

If you are afraid to come in Paris, don't be. I was too. But everything will fall in place. It's an amazing experience and you will learn and see so many things. You will fall in love with the city.
