La Golondrina is in the funky Santa Catalina neighbourhood of Palma. It serves the most delicious vegan food and fresh juices. They also have a piano inside and one of the waiters regularly sits down and showcases his talent. The have little birds hung up all over the roof too, and they speak english perfectly if  you're too shy to order in Spanish at first! I would personally recommend their seitan tapas, took my non-vegan mum there and she loved it!
