1 year depends of the shcholarship example erasmus (between 200 and 300 per month) region aid about (200 per month).

What is the student lifestyle like in Palma de Mallorca?

Very cool not many classes beach is close food is cheap exept for meat.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Palma de Mallorca to other students?

Absolutly

What is the food like?

Best tip I got you have to go to 100 montaditos wednesday and sunday every tapas at 1€ and it is good.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Palma de Mallorca?

Sooner is better to find one as the island is very touristic. I found a host family who rent me a room for 350€ in the center of Palma. So basically you can find one at less than 500€ I think.

How much does it cost to live in Palma de Mallorca?

To go to party, foods, cinema transport etc about 300€ per month

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Yes and there are classes in English.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Palma de Mallorca from your city?

Bus cheapest but make an apointment to get the card before arriving it takes a month to got it (very slow).

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Palma de Mallorca?

Passarella was good but I did not go to many nightclub we did a lot of party in other erasmus student apartment.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Palma de Mallorca?

100 montaditos cheap fast and good (lots of students go there)

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

the cathedral is very beautiful go take a look at least once. And the Castello Bellver it is free on Sunday and the view over Palma is incredible.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Palma de Mallorca in the future?

If you want to travel outside Palma (make the other bus card the red one). In Spain you can have discount on planes if you have INE of Palma.
