Napoli is a crowded, chaotic city where amazing people live. Is the city of contrasts, where everybody feels welcome.

What is the student lifestyle like in Napoli?

Italian universities are quite hard, but the students feel a great sense of community and help one another. Napolitan people are noisy and hyperactive, so it is impossible to find the life there boring.

How much does it cost to live in Napoli?

It's quite an expensive city but within the standards of big italian cities

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Napoli? Is there any advice you can give?

It's not. Usually the university websites or Facebook groups advertise flats advertisements. there are also some catholic institutions that host students.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

It is the best food you'll ever eat! Napoli is the hometown of pizza so there are plenty os pizzerias that cook amazing different original pizzas. And if you think you eat a good pizza in your country, believe me you don't have any ideas of what good napolitan pizza is.

What places would you recommend visiting in Napoli?

The historical center is full of monuments like the cathedral, the S.Severo chapel with the veiled Christ, underground Naples ecc. There are 5 castles, and beautiful islands in the gulf, easy to get to, with amazing sea.

Is it good to eat out in Napoli? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Go to pizzeria Sorbillo, pizzeria da Michele, Concettina ai tre Santi, or the restaurant on the promenade to eat plates with different kind of fish.

Is the nightlife good in Napoli? Where is good to go?

The nightlife for university people is in the historical center where all the bars and pubs are.

What advice would you give future students heading to Napoli?

The best thing in Napoli are the people, be friends with them (it will be very easy) and they will make your experience unforgettable.
