Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Mannheim?

I lived in a dorm in Haffenstrasse. I guess it was one of the best ones, thanks to the location and atmosphere. Behind the building there is a river where students grill in summer.

There are language courses almost for free for exchange students offered by the Uni, where teachers are very helpful.
