What is it like to live in Manchester? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

It is a city full of life and entertainment, that's the thing I like most. It is so easy to access everywhere, although the transport is expensive and the weather, in my opinion, is awful.

Well, it depends on where you want to live.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Manchester? Is there any advice you can give?

Of course not. you can visit plenty of web pages where you can find someone who needs a partner or people who offer a place to rent. But of course it depends on what you are looking for, what you can afford, for how long are you going to stay and other circumstances.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

You can find plenty of places to eat properly, but the thing is that it is easier to access to unhealthy food than to healthy ones. My favourites are pasta and rice.

What places would you recommend visiting in Manchester?

The Cathedral, Salford Quays, Art Gallery, Castlefield, John Ryland Library, Museum of Science and Industry, Museum of Manchester, Curry Mile, and much more.

Is it good to eat out in Manchester? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

The more quality you want, the more expensive places. One of the places where I ate really well, was in Salford Quays, in ''The Harvester''. ''Las Iguanas'' in Deansgate is very nice as well.

Is the nightlife good in Manchester? Where is good to go?

Yeah, most of the times is nice, if you want to dance salsa or bachata I recommend ''Revolución de Cuba'', ''Revolution'', etc.

What advice would you give future students heading to Manchester?

Enjoy this wonderful city and try to visit as much places as possible.
