Yes ! Definetely; I loved it, there are all the necessary facilities for students, a superb library and even several piano rooms !

No, the housing service of the university helped me a lot

the dutch language is not so easy, it's kind of a mixture of english and german; but even if don't speak it everyone speaks English perfectly, so don't worry
