Why did you choose to go to Leuven, Belgium?
Because they told me that it was an Erasmus city with a lot of fun.
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
It lasts for 9 months and I received 250 €/month.
What is the student lifestyle like in Leuven?
This is a city for students so it has a lot of students parties, activities and things to do around.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Leuven to other students?
The city of course! The university is a bit difficult tough.
What is the food like?
The Belgian food is not so nice but the beer is great!
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Leuven?
My residence is 489 €/month everything included but you can find kots (apartments) cheaper but sharing facilities.
How much does it cost to live in Leuven?
I thought it was going to be more expensive but the food in the supermarket is ok, but if you want to go and have dinner outside it is more expensive.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
The Netherlands is very difficult to learn but the university offers you courses to start with it!
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Leuven from your city?
By plane, there are a lot of direct flights from Valencia to Brussels.
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Leuven?
To oude markt to drink some beers with your friends and enjoy the pubs around there
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Leuven?
Not really good restaurants because they are expensive. But a lot of restaurants like the sushi or the tacos have student deals!
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
All of the city is worth visiting.

Hola!! ¿Me podrías decir a qué residencia fuiste tú o recomendarme alguna otra? Voy a ir el año que viene a Leuven por un año a la facultad de económicas y no tengo ni idea a cuál aplicar.
