Rents are good if you share. Rents in centre places are around 2000 TL.

Transportation is cheaper than Europe.

Food is really cheap.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Food is the best. You can eat delicious dishes without paying too much.

Meat and fish is really good. Desserts are awesome. Because the gastronomy roots depend on Ottoman kitchen.

What places would you recommend visiting in Istanbul?

All historical ones, especially Dolmabahçe Palace! I love it.

Sometimes its cheaper to eat outside.

Is the nightlife good in Istanbul? Where is good to go?

You should see Taksim, Nevizade, Asmalımescit but if you wanna chill out often you should go to Karaköy.

What advice would you give future students heading to Istanbul?

Come immediately, you will find a way. And maybe you wont leave İstanbul.
