What is it like to live in Istanbul? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Istanbul is so wonderful historical city. Live here so good but in the same time so expensive. I can recommend this city for study because here so many good universities where you can take so good education but if you want live here you can collide with so many problems as like traffic.

What is the student lifestyle like in Istanbul?

Istanbul as like I said so good for students. So many clubs and another place where students can enjoy. So many historical places that students can visit.

How much does it cost to live in Istanbul?

it is so good question depends where student want live and depends how much money student spends but approximately 500 dolars for 1 month. these money enough for food and rent flat

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Istanbul? Is there any advice you can give?

yes a little bit hard if you dont have turkish friends here but there are so many sites where you can give information about this. More difficult find good people with whome you can live

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

turkish kithen is so rich. you can test so many dishes with meat and also so famous here sweets. I advice everybody to test turkish sweets.

What places would you recommend visiting in Istanbul?

there are so many famous places in Istanbul. I like so much Ortaköy Beşiktaş Taksim. Another sıde you can also visit Bağdat Caddesi

Is it good to eat out in Istanbul? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

yes but in some places it is so expensive. I like eat so much ıslak hamburger in Taksim.

Is the nightlife good in Istanbul? Where is good to go?

yes nıghtlıfe so good but need so much money. Alchol in İstanbul so expensive. Students here can visit some clubs in Taksim and Ortakoy. The most famous club is Reina

What advice would you give future students heading to Istanbul?

i advice students to remember that Turkey is not only europe country it is muslim country and some europe student should be carefull about this.
