What is it like to live in Istanbul? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Its crowded but lovely.You can see so many old buildings and stuff that shows you the past.You are gonna love our foods.I can give you guarantee.But like i said its a crowded city.It can be annoying sometimes.Nightlife in Istanbul is pretty good.We have so many clubs and pubs.Definetely recommended.

What is the student lifestyle like in Istanbul?

You can have fun with your friends.Turkish people are very helpful and knows how to party.You can organise some trips because there are some many places that you should see.Museums are really interesting.And of course you can throw parties.

How much does it cost to live in Istanbul?

It can change.But 600 euros should be enough.If you love shopping and drinking it probably changes like ,+200 euros.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Istanbul? Is there any advice you can give?

Its not that hard.There are so many aparts,flats.You can find it easily i think.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Its a hard question.You will see a lot of different types of food.I like meats.You should try kebabs.Probably you heard about it.If someone is thinking about erasmusing in Istanbul he/she can messeage me and i will show the places.

What places would you recommend visiting in Istanbul?

Hagia sofia,Taksim square,The Leandros Tower,The Dolmabahce Palace Museum,Yerebatan cistern

Is it good to eat out in Istanbul? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Of course its good.My favourite is Kanaat restaurant in Uskudar.You can see our traditional foods in here.

Is the nightlife good in Istanbul? Where is good to go?

Anjelique is really good.Also you can check Kloster in Taksim.
