Why did you choose to go to Istanbul, Turkey?

because this city have a lot of opportunity and many people like teenagers can do various things.the only thing you can do that is SEARCH. search everyone and everwhere, travel -dont be lazy- be social.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

about 4 years, sometine this can be more. in 1 month i spend 2000tl (450$) but everthings is include this-rent,bills,transport,food. and plus if you havent money enough you can work part-time places. it is very funny:) i do like that sometimes.

What is the student lifestyle like in Istanbul?

AWESOME. you can do what you in mind and in heart :) just dont be lazy.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Istanbul to other students?

yes i would. Istanbul University is ancient collage. i think it is the first college in Osmanlı Ottoman.-this may not be true :D- so it has very sources.

What is the food like?

ISLAMA KÖFTE! GOOGLE IT!

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Istanbul?

yes of course. which one that didnt? :D

How much does it cost to live in Istanbul?

about 100$ for a room. if you want o house so you pay about 300$ at least.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

yes of course. if you look up anywhere at university you can see all of them.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Istanbul from your city?

metro:) cool and cheap ANNNDDDD easyyy :)

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Istanbul?

Sokak Club in kadıköy or Çilek in Taksim. if you havent money you can sit in Moda in kadıköy.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Istanbul?

hmm idont know :( i almost everytime fast food. but sarıyer and emirgan is the best places about that.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

this city has good cultural sites everywhere you look:) everywhere is a story and history.
