What is the student lifestyle like in Göttingen?
It is lazy and relaxed. But the city and the university is full of students sometimes it is too full but at the whole you can have relaxed life here.
How much does it cost to live in Göttingen?
Due to the high numbers of students the living costs are really high.Especially the rent for the arpatements and sometime they are not in a good quality. So the price is not justed.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Göttingen? Is there any advice you can give?
It is not because there are students houses and apartements. And there is also a bourse where you can live. You have to be fast because the number is limited. And if you are not quick enough you have to pay a lot of money for the rent.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
There are lots Indian restaurants which are good especially India House and Dehli Palace. And also lots of Italian and Asians but also African food.
My favorite dishes are tandoori dishes and Birami at the India House
Is it good to eat out in Göttingen? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
Yes, there are some for example :
Busomo for Asian and Sushi food
Restaurant Tokoyo especially the Suhi you need try. It is so delicious
