3 months, 1150 euros.

Obviously, I had there one of the best time in my life!

What is the food like?

Great seafood - I would highly recommend! Big "tostas" and of course Portuguese sweets made of eggs (amazing! ).

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Faro?

No, I found accommodation on the Internet.

How much does it cost to live in Faro?

In summer time about 400-500 euros per month.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available in the University?

In the south of Portugal people speak English. The languages courses are available only for normal Erasmus students (I was on Erasmus Practice in summer).

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Faro from your city?

By plane.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Faro?

"Jam Bar", "O Seu Cafe", "50 cent" for some drinks before party.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Faro?

"Mac Tostas" (big "tostas") for sure and small restaurant with the best seafood in Faro - "Chalavar" (blue entrance).

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Castelo Club (days with fado music, live music), Museum of Faro.

Is there any other advice that you could give to future students who are going to Faro?

Be patient when you do a card for bus :P
