Why did you choose to go to Faro, Portugal?
Because I would like to be very close to Ocean and I play tennis so I need perfect weather.
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
6 months, 400 Euros.
How much does it cost to live in Faro?
Sometimes cheap, sometimes expensive, it depends. Food is expensive.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
Not easy, stupid language. Yes, the course is available.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Faro from your city?
Plane.
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Faro?
Patrimonio or First Floor.
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Faro?
Baixa Burger.
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Faro in the future?
Take very warm clothes for winter semester because the nights are very cold.
