I knew that Cordoba&Andalusia is much different than my country and this was the thing which I was looking for on Erasmus- try something different.

Half of the year. I got 400 euro every month.

Everyone can find something for themselves. You have places for crazy parties, you have calm places to drink tea or read a book, you can sightseeing, every day something happens.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Córdoba to other students?

Definitely. The best choice.

What is the food like?

Amazing. They have a lot of meals just from here, forget about Paella.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Córdoba?

I had few problems with finding flat, but there are many offers. You just have to ask people from Cordoba, which part of city you should choose. Most of us lived in Ciudad Jardin, so it's the best to find flat here. But looking for flat was the most stressful part of whole trip.

How much does it cost to live in Córdoba?

It's quite a cheap town. Flat you can find for 120-200 euros, beer+tapa 1, 60- 1, 80 euro. Just beer sometimes even for 1 euro. Bigger shopping in Mercadona (with meat, vegetables, for around week) around 15 euros.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Language here it's not easy. Not many people speak English, they speak fast with specific accent. But after some time you will get used to and talking with people from Madrid will be piece of cake. There is free language course at University for all Erasmus people from level A1 to C1.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Córdoba from your city?

Plane to Malaga and then bus to Cordoba.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Córdoba?

Long Rock club. Music&clips from '80&'90, amazing atmosphere. Banagher, Irish pub, full of people from Erasmus, beer for 1 Euro.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Córdoba?

Morilles! One and only. Perfect, typical food. Must be!

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Córdoba in the future?

200 euros for flat is much. You can easily find something for 150 euro with great conditions and good localization.

February-March: nights are crazy cold. Be prepared for that.
